Have been going through this a lot with a good friend of mine. I hate to tell you as with anything they have to want to stop, if you push stopping it will be hidden, they will get their fix...If they want to stop it is possible they may fall of the wagon a couple times, but if they get away from the crowd they are hanging with etc...it can be done! My friend has been clean for six months now and told me last night that he was going back to college he is 29...I am so proud of him right now :-D

There are many addicts who do recover. There are treatment centers available everywhere, as well as helpline numbers you can call for local resources. I can't give you those because I have no idea where you are. There are very successful 12-step fellowships available all over the world as well, this is how I did it, and have been clean just over 6 years now. Check this website and do a search for the area in which you live, you can find a local meeting to go to.

Rehab is the best thing that I've come across. Getting off of meth takes a lot of will power, a lot of help, and a long recovery time. It is one of the most addicting drugs, I've come to find out. Get it done quick though. The longer you wait, the harder to quit.
