Question: Crystal meth and tin foil?

I'm writing a fictional story about a character that smokes crystal meth from tin foil. I personally do not have any experience with the subject, so I am hoping that someone can tell me how it is done... I've seen it done before, but it was a long time ago. Does anyone know? Thanks for help with the research.

Foil is used to smoke all kinds of drugs. In the case of a drug like meth, you fold tin foil so that there is a gentle crease. You put meth in the crease and heat from underneath the foil. The idea is to evaporate, not burn, the drug and inhale the vapours with a straw or rolled up bill. Meth becomes a liquid prior to evaporating so you generally tilt the foil to help with the evaporation and avoid burning. Hard users use meth pipes. Meth is stupid. Don't use it.

You put the meth on the tin foil and put a flame under the tin foil and with some sort of tube; usually a toilet roll, you inhale the smoke.
