Definately don't sell it for him, because if you get busted by the police, you are the one who is going to go to jail, not him. You should definately tell his parents or at least his sister, a 13 year old is way too young to be doing a class A drug.

Wow you should definitely tell a (RESPONSIBLE) adult about whats going on. These kids are way to young to be fooling around with drugs.....the wrong amount of dosage and someone could end up dead! You notice I said responsible adult. Some idiot adult out there just may take him up on the offer that's how stupid some people are today.....

He doesn't know what he's getting into. He will fry his brain rapidly with that stuff. You need to tell an adult cause he is playing with fire. He will go down hill fast.

Crystal Meth is illegal, and there is a reason for it. I would definitely speak up, tell a parent. Crystal Meth can cause: insomnia agitation irritability dry mouth sweating palpitations. Body temperature increases, as does breathing and heart rate. Blood pressure becomes affected. People with cardiac and blood pressure problems can cause further damage to their cardiovascular systems. Crystal meth can cause behavioral problems, paranoia and psychosis, especially when used frequently and in individuals with a predisposition to mental illness. So, do the right thing: Let someone know. You could save him from a lot.

UM this is crystal meth we are talking about here. METH is arguably one of the worst drugs a person can do. i can't believe this is even a question.. a 13 year old?? that is fucking insane you need to make sure that they don't do it.. that is wayyyyy too young no 13 year old should be trying meth.. i would tell both that is a really big deal ok it is a bit different if they were older as it is more of a personal choice but you definitely have the right to step in, and whoever this guy is he is a prick for trying to get a 13 year old into this in the first place.. it can get you hooked right away.. it kills millions.. i would tell you to tell an adult but most won't listen, but if you can, tell an adult!!

Crystal Meth is a dangerous and addictive substance. No matter how old you are you should first of all under no circumstances consider becoming involved with the selling or buying of it. That said, it is understandable that you are worried about your friend, and so I would recommend that first you tell your friend how you feel. Explain that no matter what he has done in the past, or how he came to be in possession of the Crystal Methamphetamine, there is no reason to think his only option is to try it or sell it on further. If he is unwilling to talk to someone such as his parents or teachers, there are other options such as talking to a doctor, counselor or the police. Make clear to him that you will under no circumstances sell it on, and that there are awful consequences of taking such a substance, and if he is really your friend he won't want to sacrifice your friendship and put his life at risk for a cheap and dangerous thrill. I know that nowadays it is tempting to take drugs, but let him know that there are so many safer things he can try such as cigarettes and alcohol! Obviously taking nothing is preferable, but in this day and age we must be reasonable. If that does not work your next option is to go to both his parents, your parents and your sister's friend's parents. Don't try and just tell your friends, if your sister's friend is 13 I can guess that your sister, her brother and you are all teenagers, not the correct age to be worrying about this sort of thing. I myself would not even want to consider dealing with this sort of situation without help from a professional or a parent even after having acted as a student counselor. Don't feel bad about talking to a parent, you cannot deal with this your self! This is a really difficult situation, and there is a time limit, but by acting fast and being aware of your options you could help save your friend, as well as sister's friend's, life. Good luck, I know this will be hard, but even posting this question on yahoo is the first step towards solving the problem.
