She could try and enter a meth rehab center...a community of other users wanting to quit helps...otherwise like the sleeping problems try to make your days about the same when you go to bed and do all the tips on how to sleep better since it will be harder, also you can exercise during the day to help get you tired later plus elevate mood and also not make you think you look too fat...do a lot of positive activies things you enjoy, are antidepressants out of the mix? since your mood might take a giant crash i guess then just like try to change how you are thinking about things people make logical errors or assumptions that arent necessarily true and believe they are plus surrounding yourself in your environment with positive things and supports, and doing things you enjoy watching movies, reading books, puzzles, hanging out, (socializing is good), exercising is also good, or it can be like volunteering that ltruistic 'good' feeling...oh and technically there is no pharmacological detox drug for meth anyhow if thats what you were meaning by use of another drug... |
