Meth Lab

Question: If you suspect you live near a meth lab, what harm could it do to you healthwise?

I'm 23, and I'm pretty sure my neighbors are cooking that crap. I was sitting outside and saw a man approach the house with a bag full of household cleaners etc, and dry ice in a huge bag in his other hand. I thought it was weird but whatever. Later in the night, I opened the back door to have a cigarette and smelt and overwhelming odor sort of like, propane mixed with cat pee or some kind of bug spray. Stupid me, I didn't put two and two together til the next day when it was too late.. Anyways, for a few days now I've had a stuffy/ sore nose. When I wipe or blow it, it's mostly a brownish color with a tiiiiiiiny tinge of blood, like when you have a scab and peel it off. I was wondering if it could be from my neighbors, or just a sinus infection...

Those living near a meth lab are at risk from the chemical fumes and potential explosions due to the highly volatile nature of the chemicals used. Even people moving into a house that used to be near a meth lab are at risk. The chances of encountering a meth lab are small, and awareness is your best protection, however these dangers are real and it is important to know what the signs of a Meth lab are. The chemicals found in a meth lab are often toxic or flammable
