A LOT of decay, especially at the gumline. Meth causes a deficient amount of saliva, which normally has some cleansing properties as far as bacterial plaque is concerned. Also, meth users report a lot of clenching and grinding of the teeth, which causes a lot of wear, and can crack fillings and even the teeth themselves if the force is strong enough. And of course, when you're high, your oral hygiene is not the first thing on your mind, so that there's usually a lack of good homecare, which contributes to the decay and to gum disease.
