Question: ?why do meth users get sores on thier face?

It's from all the poisons in the drugs! It comes out through the pores of their skin. They don't just get them on their face, they get them all over. I saw a guy who had a huge boil the size of an egg on his wrist who was over at a neighbor's house one day!

Many different reasons - meth is made of several caustic (corrosive) chemicals, and can cause sores by itself, and with some people, it makes them feel like they have bugs or pimples, and they scratch until sores form.

As far as I am aware it makes their skin crawl and they itch and pick at the places that itch so they get sores. A friend of mine who was a meth user said that you'll see a blemish on your skin and like most of us sober people, will pick at it or pop it, well when we think we have popped a zit we leave it alone, but apparently meth users don't stop, they just keep messing with it and cause more scabs and sores.

Because they pick at themselves when they are high and it causes breakouts and sores. The high makes everything more intense so they tend to overdo everything.

My sister does meth and she told me cuz the ammonia, paint thinner,wood stainer.ect. those chemecals clog ur pores when they run through ur body

Its because they stay awake for two or three days and nights... and will stand in front of a mirror for hours popping zits/ blackheads... sometimes making them bleed... then they will pick the scabs... its called "Skitzing ", "Tweeking ", "Geeking "... dont get caught up in that life style....

All Meth users suffer from what they call "Crank Bugs ". Meth is manufactured with chemicals that are toxic to the human body, and once the drug is taken the chemicals remain. The body's natural reaction is to try and eliminate the toxins. Users itch and scratch which causes the open sores.
