Question: Meth users and flashlights?

I wonder why meth users carry flashlights? they are scared of seeing things or what?

Paranoia is a huge factor in that. they are completely afraid of the dark, also they use it as a weapon mechanism.. a double feature as they see it... Paranoia is a harsh situation, addicts need that reassurance that nothing bad is there...
