Question: Can meth users smoke from energy efficient light bulbs? ?

I suspect a relative is using (large amount of light bulbs gone). The person asked another family member to purchase energy efficient bulbs to replace the old ones. Can these be used as paraphernalia ? I'm curious about other signs of use, as well. I am also curious to know if there is an advantage to these people using energy efficient bulbs.

If the glass is made of the same as the glass pipes than yes. Im not sure what they are made of. The way to find out is buy one and take a lighter to it as though you were heating it up and see if it breaks.
