Question: My cousin is experiencing crystal meth comedown. help?

What are some ways he can ease the feeling? Have you had a meth comedown? How'd you ease it? Thanks!(:

U usually go to treatment and do not use it again!

Drink alcohol, strongest thing he can stomach is best. it will calm his heart and hallucinations if hes having those to. but yes alcohol will relax him and let him sleep. after he gets some sleep the come-down will disappear other than some sluggishness for a day or 2.
