Question: Can long alcohol and meth abuse make your immune system wbc weak after you have stopped using?

Yes, damage to your body occurs after too much abuse....Some of it is irreversible,....

Dont know much about the alcohol part, but meth will make your immune system all but vanish after 2 months of daily use. it takes about 5-12 months for it to completely come back, after the first month of stopping meth your body will began to heal a little faster from spinters and burns and such but it will take up to a year for you to start felling "like a normal person " again.
