Question: Why is meth considered so bad?

I've been doing it daily and nightly now for a solid week and i feel so good i just want to keep typing really hard but why is it bad its so fun i dont feel bad you know

You will crash big time sooner or later. Plus it does harm to your bones and other organs. It's a pretty rough drug on the body.

Of course your gunna feel fine when your still on the drug. That shit is soo intense, whats bad about it is coming down, you just feel like total shit. + It will reduce your dopamine levels, making you feel shitty for a signifigant amount of time. Not to mention it can get you a felony, and is VERY addicted. If you don't wanna steal from everyone you know, stop while you can

Meth is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS. . Physical effects can include anorexia, hyperactivity, dilated pupils, flushing, restlessness, dry mouth, headache, tachycardia, bradycardia, tachypnea, hypertension, hypotension, hyperthermia, diaphoresis, diarrhea, constipation, blurred vision, dizziness, twitching, insomnia, numbness, palpitations, arrhythmias,[] tremors, dry and/ or itchy skin, acne, pallor, and, with chronic and/ or high doses, convulsions,] heart attack,] stroke, and death can occur. It can also make you go Psychotic and crazy Hyperthermia and convulsions can be fatal (DEATH). Methamphetamine can also cause irreversible damage to the blood vessels in the brain, resulting in a stroke. Meth destroys your body and face and can kill you thats why it's so dangerous. if you want to keep living........quit. period

Yea i bet you do feel good, the problem with meth and any kind of stimulant amphetamine is that it releases huge quantities of dopamine. dopamine is the chemical responsible for the good feeling, it is dopamine that causes addictions to any behavior , dopamine also creates love and obsession. this can cause addiction. ive been doing adderall (an amphetamine) for 5 years now , whenever i dont take it cause i ran out i am obsessed with it , and it would be even worse with meth since it is stronger and u are taking a large dose. another problem with meth is that the dopamine released can cause psychoses if u do meth long term. this is because psychosis is controlled at least partly by dopamine (antipsychotics block dopamine). the psychosis will start with paranoia. the psychosis is not permanent and it would go away soon after meth use stops. i once took over 110 mg of immediate release adderall to get high, i got a really good feeling and then for some reason i got extremely anxious and then developed paranoia and then hallucinations and delusions, it was gone the next day though. the third problem is that people often stay up for extended periods on it, this is bad because it can further the risk of amphetamine psychosis. im 17 and only 115 pounds (male ) due to the adderall (amphetamine) taking the appetite away, meth would be even worse in than adderall. the fourth problem is that it makes you lose your appetite and this can make u skinny the fifth problem is that it can kill dopamine neurons (this wont necessarily make u stupid, but it can cause depression and parkinsons disease) meth mouth(really bad teeth): meth mouth isnt totally caused by the drug, though meth does dry ur mouth out and will make it not smell good (use breathmints and u should be fine), the main reason people get meth mouth is by not using proper hygiene on their teeth while having a dry mouth. meth mouth can be avoided. EDIT: and one more thing: it is true that meth will quickly lose that extreme euphoric feeling. though adderall isnt meth, it is similar in chemical structure and pharmacology (and if anything, meth would have this effect to an even larger degree) ; well when i didnt take adderall all summer and then suddenly started taking it again, the first day on adderall i got unexpectadly euphoric , i was seriously thinking "I don't want to go back down to the dull and boring when this wears off ", I was also extremely horny that day ,etc. well it rapidly lost that good feeling, I still feel it , but not as strong. most of the euphoria turned into anxiety. I guarantee that come October , if you are still doing meth everyday, you wont feel that "wow, this feels so good and I want to have sex with every girl I see, i also feel like I can conquer the world " , you will feel "well i just did some just then and I feel more awake, I am somewhat euphoric , but nothing like I was back when I started in August ". And if you keep on doing more and more and more to get the same feeling , you will eventually reach the point where you get the psychosis effects without hardly any euphoric effects and that if you up the dose further, the psychosis will get worse. And then if you try to stop, the psychosis will subside but you will feel really depressed. It is true that meth can kill dopamine neurons. I wasnt just repeating what the anti-drug people say when I say that. What happens is that dopamine gets broken down by the MAO enzymes, however the breaking down process creates oxidative chemicals , these oxidative chemicals will attack some of the chemicals in the brain cells (oxidative stress). most of these oxidative chemicals are neutralized by antioxidants before the oxidative chemicals get a chance to attack brain cell. however when you use meth , there is much more dopamine being released into the synapse and broken down(releasing oxidative chemicals) than the antioxidants can take care of(they get used up) , and the oxidative chemicals can then start damaging the dopamine neuron axons. the decrease of dopamine neurons is permanent, it wont make you mentally retarded or anything, but it can cause parkinsons disease in the future and possibly depression in the present Another reason that it reduces dopamine activity in the long term is because meth's surge in dopamine causes the brain to compensate for the high dopamine levels by decreasing the number of dopamine receptors , when you stop taking meth suddenly after you have taken it for a while you will have a drop in dopamine activity(no sex drive, depression, no motivation,etc.) ; partially for this reason

Because after time it makes you look disgusting, rotten teeth, sunk in face, eyes poppin out of your sockets, bony, etc... And youll start to cluck and run around like a dumbass and tear apart everything in sight and try to put it back together. Also, you'll think everyones the cops and you will steal from everyone you know and you'll use people just to get drugs. Meth addicts have no soul whatsoever.

Perfect drug to commit a crime on for some.Cause nobody can stop you!!bahaha Thats why the government hates it.It makes you better then everyone else. your stronger,faster,smarter.Its being possessed by a demon and loving it.I love it. Avoid messing up your teeth by brushing them frequently.But I've heard from people who've done it for 15-30 years that it will take a couple years for your teeth start falling out even if you brush them.If you dont brush them they'll fall out ina month or 2!:]
