Methamphetamine

Question: What is a good way to cleanse myself of methamphetamine if i have a 4 day window and to do it naturally?

You will be hungover for 2 days no matter what. But you can ease they come down if you drink plenty of water like a gallon a day. Then be sure to eat healthy cereals and food and of course brush your teeth an hour after eating. Avoid sugar. And to fall asleep maybe take a sleeping pill?
