Question: I have a cousin that likes to smoke crystal meth...how can i tell when shes tweeked out on it..?

You can tell when her eyes are dilated by looking at them. Dilated pupils are much larger than normal, as in there will be hardly any of the iris visible compared to how her eyes normally look. Dilated pupils are a sign of some unusual brain activity, especially indicative of the ingestion of some recreational substances.

There are so many tell-tale signs. If she's really tweeked her jaw will be moving, grinding her teeth. Her conversation will be all over the place, at least her eyes will be while talking. She'll excuse herself to go do some more soon, and often. It's not like cocain so she will not have to excuse herself AS often. She could come up with all kinds of reasons that she needs money. One of the biggest signs is that they like to pick at their skin, especially the facial area, but will move onto other areas. I don't know if she's shooting it or snorting it. These answers are mostly for shooting, but they apply.
